All illustrations, designs, icons, graphics, photographs, pictures, and any other items included in this website are the exclusive property of Grenco Science, Inc. unless otherwise stated. These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of goods from GPen.com only.

“Operator,” “us,” and “we” refer to Retail North LTD, company number NI650267, having its registered address at 54 Scarva Road, Banbridge, BT32 3AU, the licensed entity responsible for operating the website and processing transactions.

“Buyer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the purchaser of the goods from us.

“Goods” means the goods specified in the Operator’s invoice.

“Contract” means the contract between the Operator and Buyer for the sale and purchase of the Goods, which incorporates these Terms & Conditions.

“Terms” means these terms and conditions.

“Site” means the GPen.com website.

Purchasing Goods Online

To make purchases through the site, buyers must register and provide personal details, including name, phone number, and email address. Buyers must also provide valid payment details and confirm that they are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order by us. We reserve the right to verify orders before processing.

Your Order

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This email is not an acceptance of the order. Acceptance and completion of the contract occur when we dispatch the goods to you. The contract is concluded in the United Kingdom and is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right not to accept an order if we cannot obtain payment authorization or if an item is out of stock.

Grenco Science products are available only to individuals 21 years of age and older. Misrepresentation of age is the buyer’s responsibility. Grenco Science products are intended for use with essential oils and contain heating elements and sensitive mechanics. Using foreign combustibles or unintended materials may void any warranties.

Price and Payment

Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Buyers outside the U.S. may incur duties and taxes upon arrival in their country. International shipments may also have higher shipping costs, which the buyer is responsible for. Payment must be made before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders may take 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. International orders may experience delays due to customs. The buyer must check goods immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as supplier issues, labor strikes, or natural disasters.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled and must be returned in its original packaging. Only unused, unopened goods qualify for exchange or store credit. Once the outer packaging is removed, sales are final.

To initiate a return, buyers must email help@grencoscience.com within the cancellation period. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Opened or used items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Mystery Boxes and bundles are final sale and cannot be returned.

Limited Warranty

Grenco Science provides limited warranties on its products, covering manufacturer defects only. The warranty period varies by product:

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty: G Pen Elite Vaporizer™, G Pen Pro Vaporizer™, G Pen Connect Vaporizer™, G Pen Roam Vaporizer™.
  • 2-Year Limited Warranty: G Pen Dash Vaporizer™, G Pen Micro+ Vaporizer™, G Pen Hyer Vaporizer™, G Pen Dash+ Vaporizer™, G Pen Elite II Vaporizer™.

Warranty requires valid proof of purchase. Register your device at https://www.gpen.com/pages/register . Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, wear and tear, water damage, or misuse.
  • Consumable parts like mouthpieces, tanks, and coils.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon).
  • Lost or stolen items.

Remedies

The manufacturer’s obligation under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement at its discretion. Unauthorized returns void the warranty.

Registration and Data Privacy

Opt-in Opt-out Policy
