Our products are for adults only

You must be 18 or over to use this store and to buy from us. This applies in every country we deliver to. Where the law of a country sets a higher minimum age, that age applies.

We check the age of every customer before payment.

How we check your age

1. When you visit our website

We ask you to confirm that you are 18 or over. We remember your answer for 30 days with a strictly necessary cookie.

2. At checkout, before you pay

You confirm that you are 18 or over, and we verify your age with our partner AgeChecker.Net:

A short window opens in the checkout with the details from your order (name, date of birth and address).
Usually you then upload a photo of a valid ID document, such as a passport, identity card or driving licence.
A person at AgeChecker reviews it, usually within a few minutes.
If your age is confirmed, you continue to payment. If it cannot be confirmed, you cannot complete the order and you are not charged.

If you have passed the check before, AgeChecker may recognise you, so you do not need to upload your ID again.

3. On delivery

Please make sure that an adult can receive the parcel. In some countries the carrier may ask for proof of age or a signature on delivery.

What happens to your data

AgeChecker uses your details only to check your age, on our behalf.
AgeChecker deletes ID images after the check, normally within 30 minutes.
AgeChecker keeps your name, date of birth and address under its retention rules, so that returning customers can skip the check and to prevent fraud.
We keep only the result of the check (passed or not, date and method) with your order. We do not store your ID document.
AgeChecker is based in the United States. The transfer of your data is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If the check fails

If your age cannot be confirmed but you are 18 or over, please email us at help@gpen.com. We will look at it with you and, where possible, offer another way to verify your age. If you need help because of a disability, we will find an accessible way.

If we find that a customer is under 18

We cancel the order and refund the payment. If goods have already been sent, we arrange their return.

Buying for someone else

Do not buy our products for anyone under 18. If you order a gift, the person who receives it must also be 18 or over.

Customers in the United Kingdom

In the United Kingdom, the minimum age of 18 for the sale of vaping products also covers nicotine-free devices from 29 October 2026 (Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026). Our age check at checkout applies to every UK order.
