Accessibility statement

Last updated: 8 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use the G Pen Europe online store, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how accessible eu.gpen.com is, where we still have work to do and how to contact us. It is our accessibility information under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the national laws that implement it.

Our service

eu.gpen.com is an online store where adults can browse, compare and buy G Pen vaporizers, parts and accessories, create an account, follow their orders, withdraw from a purchase and contact customer service.

The standard we follow

We design and test the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, as included in the European standard EN 301 549. We aim for WCAG 2.2 at level AA.

How we make the store accessible

  • The website works with a keyboard alone, including the cart, the checkout and the withdrawal form, and you can always see where you are on the page.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in text and announced to screen readers.
  • Text and buttons have enough colour contrast, and you can zoom to 200% without losing content.
  • Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Pages have a clear heading structure and a link to skip to the main content.
  • The website works on small screens, in portrait and landscape.
  • Pop-ups, such as the age confirmation and the cookie banner, can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader.
  • Each page is shown in the language you choose, and the language is set correctly for screen readers.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The parts that are not yet fully accessible are listed below.

We last checked the website in October 2026 with automated tests (Lighthouse) on the main pages and with manual checks of the page structure, forms and keyboard use on mobile and desktop.

Known limitations

  • Payment: the payment page and the security check of your bank (for example 3-D Secure) are run by our payment provider and your bank. If you have trouble paying, contact us and we will help you complete your order.
  • Age check: the age check at checkout is run by AgeChecker.Net. If you cannot complete it, contact us and we will find another way to verify your age.
  • Older news articles: some older articles have images without text alternatives. We are adding them.
  • Product guides: the step-by-step product guides are on our separate help website, help.gpen.com, which is not covered by this statement. If you need the information in another format, ask us and we will send it to you.

Feedback and contact

If you find a barrier on our website or need information in another format, please tell us at help@gpen.com, with the address of the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days.

Complaints and enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the authority that enforces the European Accessibility Act in your country. This is usually the consumer protection or market surveillance authority. Examples:

  • Germany: Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF)
  • Ireland: Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC)
  • Italy: Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale (AgID)
  • Netherlands: Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM)
