An Original microG Battery flashing 3 times typically indicates a problem in communication between the Original microG Battery and the microG coil. To fix this, make sure that the connection between the two is clean and secure. If you are still seeing 3 flashes, you can try your Original microG Battery with other microG Coils to see if it will solve the problem. If changing microG Coils stops the flashing, you may need to replace the problem microG Coil. If the Original microG Battery blinks 3 times with every microG Coil, the issue lies with the Original microG Battery itself. Contact Customer Service for replacement under our one year warranty.
