Is my G Pen Elite II covered under warranty?

GS Holistic LLC warrants the G Pen Elite II against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser. The same warranty is extended to two (2) years when the device is registered. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, GS Holistic LLC will exchange the defective product with a new product. The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning/loading instructions.
