Dry Herb Vaporizers

Dry herb vaporizers heat a ground material to produce a vapor that houses the material’s therapeutic properties. Unlike concentrate vaporizers – which can use wax, dabs, or liquids – dry herb vaporizers use a more “natural” form of material. Users typically grind this material themselves. What’s more? Because vaporizers for dry herb use a more natural material, they are often regarded as having an excellent taste.

Dry herb vape pens are very easy to use. Simply grind the herb – the finer, the better. Then fill the chamber on your vape pen and turn it on, which will heat the device and your material. Then, inhale and enjoy! Just be sure to turn off the device once you’re done, which will stop your material from vaporizing while you’re not using it and save your dry herb vape’s battery.

As convenient and advanced as dry herb vaporizers are, you still need to clean them from time to time. Keeping your vaporizer clean is vital to ensuring that you get an outstanding experience every time you fire up your vaporizer.

Over time, the internal heating elements of a vaporizer may become affected by herb residue buildup. This may not only lead to a harsh vapor taste and poor air circulation but also to significant damage to the vaporizer.

That’s why we recommend that you thoroughly clean your vaporizer whenever possible, following these steps:

1. Take your vaporizer apart. G Pen dry herb vaporizers consist only of an easily detachable mouthpiece and a body that houses the battery and the heating chamber.
2. Dump the loose residue from the heating chamber. You can do this by gently tapping against the body of your vaporizer.
3. Remove the remaining herb residue from the heating chamber. The cleaning brush that comes with your G Pen, a toothpick and a Q-Tip will help with this step.
4. Clean the mouthpiece. Use another Q-Tip to thoroughly wipe the inside of the mouthpiece.
5. Finally, put the vaporizer back together and clean the exterior with a soft microfiber cloth.

Portable dry herb vaporizers are small vaporizers that heat ground material (typically referred to as ground material, and sometimes referred to as flower) below its smoke point to produce a vapor that can be inhaled. Portable vaporizers evolved from desktop vaporizers (described below) and are usually charged in short periods of time, rather than needing to be plugged into an outlet consistently in order to work. This allows users take them anywhere and use portable vape pens for dry herb on-the-go.

Desktop dry herb vaporizers are essentially the original vaporizers. While they work the same way as smaller, portable vaporizers – heating material below smoke point to produce vapor – they are bulky, large and typically need to be plugged into an outlet. All in all, nothing like G Pen’s small, high tech portable vaporizers.
