Sahtyre’s most recent album, “The Roaring” garnered worldwide attention and secured a #15 debut spot on Apple Music’s Rap/Hip-Hop charts. His incredible story combined with the innovation and forward thinking of the project prompted a guest editorial on REVOLT as well a mention for Album of the Year on multiple publications.
In celebration of the phenomenal success, G Pen teamed up with Saht, Classic Era LA & Dame of the Legendary 7th Letter crew to create a larger-than-life commemorative mural which they unveiled to the local community at a resource drive which fed and provided clothes and canned goods to those who needed them, all during the height of the pandemic.

“It’s a wild feeling to have your face on the side of a building in your city. Most people that are lucky enough for that to happen aren’t alive to see it. I appreciate everybody that made this possible. Dame, Sam, and Elekktra are truly unique artists who I’m honored to have reimagine my artwork. Chris and Jason have always believed in me. And we wouldn’t even have this album in the first place without my brothers Chase Moore, LB, Van, J and the whole team. Grateful is an understatement.”
