Last night we pulled up to DTLA's Regent Theater to see Wu-Tang's Ghostface Killah rock the historic venue.
Performing unreleased material and a few joints off his recent release Still Standing, Illmac started the night off proper, getting the crowd hyped for an unforgettable night.
As Chase Moore held down the 1's & 2's, Illmac brought out Bobby Bucher to assist in some musical dexterity.
Chase even showcased his cunning wordplay with some freestyles based off words submitted from the crowd.
After much anticipation, midnight struck & Ghostface made his way to stage.
The venue erupted for Ironman.
Cappadonna rocked some joints & served as Ghost's hypeman.
As did Killah Priest.
A true renaissance man whose career spans over 13 solo albums, seven movies & a handful of video games, Tony Starks embodied the adeptness of the Wu's legacy.
Seeing one of our favorite lyricists & storytellers rock one of LA's best venues wasn't bad for a Thursday night. Special thanks to Ghostface, Illmaculate & The Regent Theater for the hospitality.
