With the arrival of Spring, we took a trip up to Mammoth Mountain in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains to get in our last runs of the season in. We were welcomed by beautiful skies and pristine air; the conditions were glorious.
After conquering most of the mountain, we ended up roaming outside the ski boundary into Mammoth's backcountry and came across a secret gem, Hole in the Wall.
Hole in the Wall is a natural lava tube formed by erosion. The chute provides quite the adrenaline rush.
Yearning for more adventure, we drove up Highway 395 to Mono Lake to catch the sunset.
Of course, our G Pen Elite complimented the scenery magnificently.
