First, make sure your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpen.com\/products\/g-pen-gio-battery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">G Pen Gio Battery<\/a> is fully charged. If the light does not illuminate while drawing, nor while plugged in, please contact customer service to initiate the unit\u2019s warranty. If the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpen.com\/products\/g-pen-gio-battery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">G Pen Gio Battery<\/a> is showing to be fully charged, there may be a connection issue between it and the cartridge.
